Microneedling

Microneedling is performed using a pen-like device equipped with 12 to 36 tiny micro-needles at its tip. After a thin layer of serum is applied, the pen is gently glided across the skin’s surface, creating thousands of micro-channels to stimulate the skin’s natural healing process.

What is MICRONEEDLING?

Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a treatment that creates micro-channels in the dermis layer of the skin. This triggers the body’s natural production of growth factors, stimulating collagen and elastin production to heal and rebuild the skin. By creating tiny “micro-traumas,” microneedling activates the skin’s own repair response, leading to a smoother, tighter, and more even skin tone and texture. It also enhances the absorption of serums, creams, and topical herbs by up to 3000%, allowing them to penetrate deeper and work more effectively. Depending on the serums used, microneedling can further target concerns such as fine lines, pigmentation, and signs of aging, making it a versatile and powerful rejuvenation treatment.
Microneedling is able to allow for deeper penetration of serum into the skin and boost elastin and collagen production. The result is a more uniform skin texture and tone. By creating a “micro-trauma” in the skin, the skins own repair response kicks in to start producing collagen and elastin. That in turn makes our skin tighter and smoother. Additionally, using specific serums, creams and topical herbs expands the therapeutic effect including anti-aging or reducing pigmentation. Microneedling also increases facial absorption by 3000%, allowing skincare products to be more effective.
