It’s Good to Be Home

If you’re looking for acupuncture in Bozeman, I’d love to welcome you to Mend Acupuncture.

After spending time away, returning to Bozeman and opening Mend feels a little like coming full circle. I previously practiced acupuncture here, and when I had the opportunity to come back, I knew I wanted to create a space that reflected the way I’ve grown as a practitioner: thoughtful, comfortable, and centered around truly individualized care.

Why I Opened Mend Acupuncture

I created Mend because I wanted acupuncture to feel both effective and approachable.

Chinese medicine is incredibly individualized. Two people can walk in with the same complaint—poor sleep, migraines, low back pain, digestive issues—and need completely different treatments.

At Mend, I take time to look beyond the symptom that brought you in. We talk about sleep, stress, digestion, energy, hormones, pain, lifestyle, and the other pieces that may be contributing to how you feel. From there, each treatment is tailored to what your body needs that day.

What Can Acupuncture Help With?

People seek acupuncture for many different reasons. Some come in with a specific injury or symptom, while others simply know they haven’t been feeling like themselves.

Some of the most common concerns I work with include:

  • Neck, back, shoulder, and joint pain
  • Headaches and migraines
  • Stress and nervous system regulation
  • Insomnia and disrupted sleep
  • Digestive concerns
  • Menstrual and hormonal symptoms
  • Fertility supportPregnancy and postpartum support
  • Fatigue and feeling depleted
  • Seasonal allergies and sinus concerns

Acupuncture can also be a valuable part of ongoing wellness care, particularly during periods of increased stress, travel, seasonal changes, or other times when your body could use a little extra support.

What to Expect at Mend

Your first visit starts with a conversation. We’ll talk through what you’re experiencing, your health history, and what you’d most like to improve. Your acupuncture treatment may also incorporate other tools from Chinese medicine when appropriate, including cupping, gua sha, heat therapy, or herbal medicine.

And if you’re nervous about needles, that’s completely okay. Acupuncture needles are extremely thin, and treatments can always be adjusted based on your comfort level. My goal is for you to leave feeling like you had a chance to slow down, reset, and give your body the support it needs.

Acupuncture Care That Meets You Where You Are

One of my favorite things about Chinese medicine is that treatment isn’t based solely on a diagnosis. It’s based on you. Maybe you’ve had headaches for years. Maybe your sleep suddenly changed. Maybe you’re training hard and something isn’t recovering the way it normally does. Or perhaps stress has been high and you’re noticing it showing up everywhere—from your digestion to your shoulders to your energy. We start with what’s happening now and build treatment from there.
